Book Recommendations
The Books below are some of my favourite books on Tarot. You'll find books that specialise in the court cards, minor arcana and various ways to interpret and read the cards.
I've also included some of the tarot decks that I own too.

Understanding the Tarot Court by Mary K Greer and Tom Little focuses exclusively on activities to help you learn the tarot court cards.
78 Degrees of Wisdom by Rachael Pollock gives you insight into the deeper psychological and archetypal meanings in the cards. I especially love her variation on the Celtic Cross spread called the Working Spread.
The Tarot: History, Symbolism and Divination by Robert M. Place covers the true tarot history and shows you various ways to read a 3 card spread.
Tarot and the Tree of Life by Isabel KIliegman focuses on the minor arcana and their associations with the 10 Sephirot of the Kabbalah. I found this book to give deep insight into the minor cards that no other book I've read has done.
The Heart of the Tarot by Sandra Thomson, Robert Meuller and Signe Echols teaches you how to read the first two card placements in the Celtic cross as a single 2 card reading. They go through every card in the deck and provide you with interpretations for that card in the both the situations and challenge position.
Around the Tarot in 78 Days by Marcus Katz and Tali Goodwin is unique in its structure and teachings. What I love about this book is how it gives meanings for each card according to categories like career, love, financial and spiritual.
Tarot Decks
Some of these are a Tarot and Book Set
The Rider Tarot Deck by Arthur Edward Waite and Pamela Smith is a standard-size tarot card set with a small booklet included. I like these because they are the cards most tarot books and courses refer to. They are most commonly referred to as the Wait-Smith pack now.
This is a smaller-sized version of the Waite-Smith deck. I love the smaller sizes because they are easy to carry with me in a bag and much easier to shuffle. They're the same size as a playing card deck.
The Easy Tarot by Josephine Ellershaw and Cards by Ciro Marchetti are beautiful cards. I love the imagery and the black borders.
The Complete Arthurian Tarot by Caitlin and John Matthews is one of my favourite books and deck. I've had this deck since 1995 and I thought they were out of print but they've published them again. They are based on the Arthurian myths from a pagan point of view.
The Mythic Tarot by Juliet Sharman Burke and Liz Greene was my first tarot deck. The New Mythic Tarot is an updated version of the cards and book. Based on Greek mythology and epic stories, they bring the entire tarot to life.
