Refunds Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of DIY courses and online programmes, and memberships within 14 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the amount of your order. We will not refund any extra costs you may have encountered as a result of placing your order. For example, credit card fees or international transaction fees.

Your refund will be for the amount you paid only. If you paid in Australian dollars the amount will be refunded to you in Australian dollars. We will not be liable for any profit or loss you make as a result of currency conversion.

You can cancel payment for one to one coaching package for up to 30 days after purchase as long as you have NOT accepted the agreement (which activates the coaching) unless you have been offered the 30-day money-back guarantee by me personally during our Clarity session.

If you have purchased a subscription package, you may cancel at any time by clicking Unsubscribe on your courses tab on your private portal dashboard. Your subscription will expire at the end of the current billing period.

If you pay for a course in instalments and stop the payments before the last instalment has been paid, you will lose access to all of the course content. For example, if you request to cancel payments for a 12-month course and you have not completed all 12 payments your access to the whole course will be terminated.

If you have paid in full for a 12-month course and the course has been terminated by Sandra Inman prior to you receiving all of the 12 modules, you will receive a refund for the modules not yet received.
