About 35 years ago, I was exactly where many people are today — feeling the pull toward something deeper, but not knowing where to begin.
When I first discovered Wicca, it felt like coming home. Finally, a spiritual path that honoured both the Divine Feminine and Masculine, connected me to nature, and offered a way to work with energy and magick in a meaningful way.
I threw myself into learning everything I could find. Books became my constant companions. But while they gave me information, they didn’t give me clarity, guidance, or a way to actually practice with confidence.
What I really longed for was simple — someone to show me how it all fit together.
It took me time to find my first mentors and join a coven, but when I did, everything shifted. I finally began learning through direct experience — practicing, making mistakes, refining, and slowly building a foundation that felt real and embodied.
Over the years, I continued studying with different teachers and exploring both traditional Wiccan practices and modern spiritual development approaches. Each layer helped me understand something deeper — not just about witchcraft, but about myself.
The real shift came when I began integrating shadow work, energy awareness, and inner alignment practices into my spiritual path.
That’s when witchcraft stopped being something I performed… and became something I lived.
It became less about doing things “right” — and more about connection, awareness, and transformation.
