Students of tarot are always trying to find ways to get to know their cards on a deeper level. There are many books to help with that but often focus more on the major arcana cards leaving the minor cards wanting.
In Caitlin Matthews's book The Complete Arthurian Tarot, she introduces the wheel of the year theme to learning the cards. I love this idea and have used it to connect more to the minor arcana.
I also have an older edition of this book and the original deck which is beautiful and great to work with.
