The Moon Card in the Tarot

I was asked about how I relate to the Moon tarot card as a Wiccan. When you read the definitions for the moon in older books on tarot it seems like a pretty icky card - illusion, deception, delusion, drunkenness etc. However, the moon is also about cycles, intuition and psychic powers.
