What Happens If You Don't Do Shadow Work
It's a good question. The answer is simple, you'll just keep doing what you're doing. If you're happy with that, excellent, you don't need to worry about shadow work. It's not something most people want to do anyway.
Shadow work or inner inquiry is something that many people in the craft do because they see the benefits in doing it. The old occult adage, know-thyself, kind of requires it.
When we do shadow work we are acknowledging those parts of ourselves that we don't want to own. We do this in order to change our lives for the better. We do this so that we can tap into our highest selves and bring more joy and peace into our lives and consequently into other's lives as well.
Many people tell me that they want to practice Wicca so they can better their lives, be more confident, and help others. Shadow work is definitely a way that we can achieve these aims.
In this video, I share with you how your shadow can sabotage you and make your life more difficult if you haven't learned to take the reins and make it your ally instead of your foe.
